Parts Return Policy
Rocky Mountain Accessories Center will be adjusting the current Return Policy starting April 1st 2009.

Current Year / Current Model:
There will be 100% return capabilities on all parts purchased from RMAC. Returns must be made within 90 days from original date of purchase. The parts must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition. Parts will not be excepted if packaging is unacceptable.

Ordered Parts:
There will be 100% return capabilities on ordered parts. Returns must be made within 90 days from original date of purchase. Definition of an ordered part would be a part normally in inventory but currently out of stock or backordered from the Vender, or parts that have just become ready for sale and not yet in inventory.

Non-Stocking / Non-Current Year:
These parts will not be eligible for return.

Electrical Parts: All electrical parts must be in their original packaging. Any part or wire showing installation attempts will not be eligible for return. Credits will not be issued until parts inspection has taken place.

Freight cost on parts being returned will be the responsibility of the dealer.
