Rocky Mountain Accessories Center will be adjusting the current Return Policy starting April 1st 2009. Our return policy is designed to minimize your dealerships exposure to obsolete inventory and allow you to participate in the accessories business with minimal risk.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 90 days from original date of purchase. If return is presented within 90 days, full credit will be issued on that month’s statement. Any returns outside 90 days will be handled on a case by case basis and will be at the discretion of Rocky Mountain Accessories. Returns outside of 90 days may be subject to the following return perimeters:

Denial of return, Offsetting order or Restock Fee

DISPLAY WALL’s

All approved Display Wall products have a 1-year return guarantee. RMAC Representative must approve Display Accessories

·         Approved Products include: Fast Moving Accessories that fit the currant models. No Special Orders or parts with low sales history.

RETURNABLE CONDITION:

All returns must be in new unused condition, both the part and the packaging.  All accessories must be in original packaging with all associated hardware, components, and instruction sheets included.  All packaging must be in new condition with no marks, writing, or labeling on the box or other relevant packaging.  No credit will be issued on accessories that have been installed or the part/packaging is not in new condition.  There is no return on any electrical accessory that has been opened.  All returns must have been purchased from Rocky Mountain Accessories Center for credit to be issued.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Non-Stocking / Non-Current Year:
These parts will not be eligible for return.

RETURN PROCESS:

All returns must be accompanied with original invoice from Rocky Mountain Accessories Please, Log-on to www.rmacadi.com and click return request. Fill out all fields and submit. RMAC will review and upon approval we will issue a return label through RLS. Returns that are received defective, shipped in error, over shipment, or any other non-dealer responsibility issue will have freight charges paid for by RMAC. All Damage claims, missing hardware, or defective item claims must be made within one (1) business day of material receipt at your location. Please call 888-296-6244 to arrange for pickup of these items.

Freight cost on parts being returned will be the responsibility of the dealer.
